About the Journal
Clinical Practice in Athletic Training is an online, open-access outlet for dissemination of translational, outcomes, and action research in health care. The journal provides practice-based research that is the result of patient-centered health services, leadership, and education.
We believe in the value of the clinician’s voice in bridging the gap between clinical practice and best available evidence. The vision of ClinAT is to provide an outlet for the practicing healthcare provider to share their story, successes and failures, in terms of patient services and practice advancement. We strive to offer unique manuscript styles and the dissemination types, while blending the principles of evidence-based practice and emerging frameworks for clinical practice.
