Description

During the 1960s ISU employed more faculty to meet the sudden enrollment increase as a result of the baby boomer generation. To meet the increase the university purchased former apartment complexes, the Knisely buildings (East and West), to house faculty offices. Offices were shared between 2 and sometimes three faculty members. Razed in 1975. Dede Plaza is located where the Knisely Buildings once stood.
