Dimond and Associates GENERAL CONTRACTOR: Hannig Construction MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR: SMC, Inc. HISTORY The Richard G. Landini Center for Performing and Fine Arts features a variety of rehearsal, performance, and gallery spaces for student and faculty exhibitions. The building also houses the administrative offices for the Department of Music and offices for faculty. The building stands on the grounds that was originally occupied by ISU's Women's Physical Education Building. Renamed in 2011 in honor of former ISU president Richard G. Landini. Landini served as president of ISU from 1975-1992 and continued to teach until his death in 2004.
